We would like to inform you that due to ongoing renovations at our headquarters, there will be a temporary interruption in our submission services. From May 18th to May 31st, customers will not be able to place new submissions.
The renovation work is essential for us to enhance our facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this period.
Please note that any submissions already in progress will not be affected by this interruption and will be processed as usual. Additionally, our customer support team will still be available to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have.
We will resume our regular submission services on June 1st, and we look forward to serving you better with our upgraded facilities.
